Whaley Appraisal Service specializes in single family residential real estate appraisals in East Tennessee. We are a long standing member of FREA (Foundation Of Real Estate Appraisers). We are on the FHA roster of approved appraisers. We take pride in our work and strive to provide the most professional service to our clients in the shortest time possible. Our normal turn around time is 2 to 3 working days but may be longer depending on our workload. We are AI Ready and also deliver appraisals in PDF format. We use the Alamode appraisal software, ACI, and attempt to remain up to date on changes in the appraisal industry.

Due to the new Fannie Mae and HUD/FHA requirement of appraisers providing the new 1004mc addendum, our fees have increase $50 per order. This fee is reflected in the price structure noted above. We still provide the old Fannie Mae appraisal forms for clients that wish to have appraisals completed on them. Call or email us for pricing. These fees apply to Knox County. An additional trip fee may apply to other counties. We also provide a General Purpose appraisal report for non-lending purposes such as for sellers, buyers, divorce cases, and estate appraisals.
